Why can't I sign into my account even though my username and password are correct?
If you are unable to sign in with the correct credentials, please check your email to see if your account is currently suspended or restricted due to being flagged as suspicious. Your account may be closed if you have violated our Terms and Conditions.

How do I report an account or post?
To report an account, visit their profile, click on the three dots in the top-right corner, and select “Report” If you want to report a specific post, click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the post and select “Report” We’ll take it from there!
What can my Profile Picture & Banner have in it?
Your profile picture or header images may not contain nudity.
Who's allowed to use Peach Club?
To use Peach Club, you must first register and create a user account. You’ll need to provide a valid email address, a username, and a password, or authenticate with a valid Google account. Your password should be unique and meet the technical requirements of Peach Club.
To register as a user:
You must be at least 18 years old, and you’ll need to confirm this during registration.
If the laws in your country or state/province require you to be older than 18 to be legally bound by a contract, you must meet that age requirement.
You must be legally allowed, according to your local laws, to join Peach Club, view the available content, and use its features.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use Peach Club.
What is Two-Factor Authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enhances your account security by requiring an extra verification step. It’s mandatory for creators and recommended for all users.
You’ll receive a 4-digit code through your email or phone, and you can easily update your preferred method by selecting “Edit” in your profile settings.
Is there a Peach Club app?
Peach Club doesn’t have a dedicated app yet, but our website is fully optimized for desktop and mobile. This way, we can continuously improve Peach Club without requiring app updates. Any third-party apps claiming to be Peach Club should be treated as suspicious and reported to us.
To access Peach Club like an app, you can easily add it to your home screen:
iPhone or iPad:
Open Safari and go to www.peachclub.io.
Tap the “Share” icon (a square with an arrow pointing up).
Select “Add to Home Screen.”
Android:
Open Google Chrome and visit Peachclub.io.

How do I find a profile?
Finding a Creator’s profile on Peach Club is easy! You can search directly using the search bar on the Explore page, where you can also filter by the types of Creators you want to see—whether that’s by content category, style, or more.
Additionally, you’ll find sections across the platform featuring online, featured, and newest Creators, making it easy to discover exciting profiles tailored to your interests.
Do I have to verify myself?
If you are a fan from Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, state law requires additional age verification before you can access this website.
How do I subscribe to a profile?
First, add a valid credit card to your account.
Go to the profile of the creator you want to subscribe to.
Click the ‘Subscribe’ button.
If the creator offers multiple subscription plans, choose the one that fits your preference.
Once subscribed, you’ll instantly unlock all of the creator’s content, including past and future posts, for the duration of your selected plan. Subscription periods are in intervals of 30 days (1 month), depending on the plan you choose.
What's the point of subscribing?
Subscribing to a creator gives you exclusive access to their private content, allowing you to see what they share with their closest fans. You’ll also be able to connect with them directly through private messaging (DM) for a more personal experience. As an added bonus, subscribers often receive special discounts or better pricing on premium content, making your subscription even more rewarding.
With Peach Club constantly rolling out new features, you’ll always have something fresh to look forward to!
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, but you will still be billed for the full subscription period. You’ll retain access to the creator’s content until the subscription period ends.
To manage or cancel your subscriptions, visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ page, where you can view all your active and inactive subscriptions and make any changes.
Can I refund my purchase?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason to ensure you won’t be billed again for that subscription in the future.
What happens if there's a chargeback?
If a User initiates a chargeback or dispute with their credit card company, their account will be permanently banned, and their IP address will be blocked from accessing Peach Club. To avoid these penalties, we encourage you to contact support before initiating a dispute, as we may be able to resolve the issue directly.

All prices on Peach Club are displayed in USD. Currency conversion is handled by your bank, not by Peach Club
All credit card charges are processed in USD. We use a secure, encrypted third-party payment processor to ensure safe and reliable transactions.
Can I use Third-Party Payment methods?
The use of third-party payment systems outside of Peach Club is strictly prohibited due to compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and “Know Your Client” requirements. Any offsite payment arrangements are not permitted.
Creator FAQ's
Can I become a Creator based on my country?
You can find the available payout methods for your country in the Wallet section once you’ve created an account. If you’re unable to add a payout method, you won’t be able to become a Creator on Peach Club at this time. However, we are continuously updating, so please check back in the future for new options.
How do I start earning through Peach Club?
To start earning on Peach Club, follow these steps:
Ensure your account is fully verified
Add your payout method.
Set your subscription price.
Note: You won’t be able to set a subscription price until your account is verified and a payout method is added.
What are the Platform Fees?
Creators earn 80% of their revenue on Peach Club, including subscriptions, paid messages, and tips. The remaining 20% goes toward referral payments, payment processing, hosting, support, and other services.
However, we frequently run promotions where Creators can earn more than 80% on average, boosting their earnings even further!
How do I pay myself out?
Payout methods available to you depend on your location. On your Wallet page, you’ll see your Available Balance, Pending Balance, and Withdrawal History. The Pending Balance reflects what you’ve earned over the last 14 days, and earnings become available for withdrawal from your Available Balance on a rolling 14-day basis.
After 3 months of consistent activity with no issues or discrepancies, your payouts will transition to a faster 7-day rolling schedule, giving you quicker access to your earnings.
Withdrawal requests generally appear in your account within 3-5 business days after approval, with some e-wallet methods offering the possibility of instant transfers.
How do I add Paxum as a Payment Method?
Paxum is an online wallet service that allows you to send and receive payments. Once you’ve withdrawn your funds to Paxum, they offer options like wire transfers, EFT transfers, and P2P transfers (to other Paxum users). You can also withdraw funds from local ATMs or make online purchases using their Paxum Prepaid Card.
Please note that not all withdrawal methods are available in every country. To check which services are available in your region, please visit Paxum’s website.
To get started, you can register for a Paxum account here. During registration, you’ll need to provide personal information, including the source of your funds and the purpose of your account. Paxum will verify your identity and information, which typically takes less than a week. Please be aware that you won’t be able to send or receive funds until your identity is verified.
Once your Paxum account is verified, simply add your Paxum email address as a payout method in your Peach Club account and request a payout.
After your payout request is approved, Paxum payouts are generally processed within one business day. From there, you can withdraw the funds using your preferred method or spend them with your Paxum Prepaid Card.

What's the minimum amount I have to withdraw?
The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the payout method you choose. For most methods, the minimum is set at $20. Creators can check the exact minimum payout for their selected method on the Wallet page.
How much of the payout do I receive?
The balance shown in your account is the exact amount in USD that will be sent to your selected payment method, after deducting any applicable transfer fees. Keep in mind that your bank may apply additional fees for currency conversion or transfers, and your e-wallet provider may charge for accessing the funds.
Payouts are issued in USD and will be converted to your local currency, with exchange rates determined by your bank, not Peach Club.
What is Peach Club's referral program?
Peach Club’s referral program can help you earn in two different ways!
The first method is to refer a creator. Everytime you successfully refer a creator, you earn 5% of the creator’s earnings.
The second method is referring a fan. You’ll earn 1% based on the monthly spend of the fan.
For both methods, you’ll earn uncapped commissions for every successful referral! This will keep running in the background, month over month, for a year from the point the creator has signed up using your referral sign-up link.
If a referee signs up without using a referral code, Peach Club will be unable to link a referral code to their profile.
How do I access my Referral link?
To access your referral link on desktop, first select ‘MORE’ from the menu available on the left side of the platform. Then, find and select the ‘Refer & Earn’ tab in the options. Lastly, click the ‘Refer Now’ button in the top right corner. This will populate your exclusive referral code and link, which can be sent to creators and fans.
To access your referral link on mobile, click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner. This will open a menu for you to browse through. Select the ‘General’ option and then select ‘Refer & Earn’ from the drop-down submenu. Now, select the gift box button in the top right corner. This will populate your exclusive referral code and link, which can be shared with both creators and fans.
Referral links can only be used for new sign-ups.
How do the subscription plans work?
To set up your subscription, first select from the available plans. After that, you’ll be able to set a price ranging from $3 to $1,500 per month. You’re also able to set up a discount while setting up your subscription.
The available plans include 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month subscription options.
What is a Promo Wallet, and how does it work?
The Promo Wallet is where you can track earnings from special promotions. These promo earnings are paid out over three months in installments and are added to your available balance.
Any earnings beyond the standard 80/20 split are considered promo earnings, and they will appear in your Promo Wallet for easy tracking.
